Dale Stephenson has been Senior Pastor of Crossway since January 2008. Known as an innovative and positive leader, Dale is committed to seeing the Church become more relevant and engaged with the local community. He is a gifted preacher and teacher with a high respect for God’s word, an enthusiastic approach to outreach and a contagious delight in Jesus.

Dale is passionate about church ‘doing life’ through small groups, called Life Groups here at Crossway. He believes these smaller communities create the best environment for us to develop, grow together and care for those around us.

Prior to being called to Crossway, Dale was Senior Pastor at New Peninsula Baptist Church (1996–2007) and Associate Pastor at Blackburn North Baptist Church (1989–1996).

Dale is married to Edi and has 4 children.
