Executive Team
Dale has been Senior Pastor of Crossway since January 2008. Known as an innovative and positive leader, Dale is a gifted preacher and teacher with a high respect for God’s Word, a proactive passion for evangelism and a strong commitment to equipping Christian leaders. Dale was previously Senior Pastor at New Peninsula Baptist Church (1996–2007). He is married to Edi and they have four adult children.

Fiona brings a commitment to teamwork and a strong missional heart to the leadership of the ministries at Crossway. She is a strategic leader, with experience in both for cause and corporate organisations. Fiona previously led Crossway LifeCare and is married to Toby. They have 5 children and 3 grandchildren.
Director of Ministries
Rodney has over twenty years of diverse experience in the education sector, from financial management and accounting, to in-house software development and corporate governance. He is married to Sara and they have one teenage daughter.

Campus Pastors
Alex has been a Chinese Pastor at Crossway since April 2008. Alex is passionate about investing in missional leaders to facilitate discipleship and mission. He is an authentic leader who practices what he preaches. Alex was previously a drug rehabilitation social worker (1998-2003). Recently, Alex joined the COACH team to strengthen the mentoring program serving new immigrants and vulnerable people. He is married to Mary Choi who serves as the Chinese Creative Pastor and they have one lovely daughter.
Asian Language
Tim Kristianto (TK) has served at Crossway since 2012. Initially he led youth ministries in Asian Languages and Burwood East, and from 2018 he led Crossway's Creative Arts ministry. He knows his calling is to make disciples that make disciples, and he's excited to lead Crossway Boroondara on a disciple-making journey. He has a heart to reach those who have lost their faith, especially in the second-generation Asian community. He is married to Jess and they have three kids.

Brendan is a second generation pastor who is passionate about helping the church reach its redemptive potential. After completing a carpentry apprenticeship he felt the call to encourage and challenge teenagers to consider Jesus and to grow in their faith. After seven years of youth ministry, Brendan became senior pastor of a country church. He is now Campus Pastor of Brighton where he loves leading teams, growing churches and equipping people to fulfil the great commission of making disciples.
Brighton
Mark became the Burwood East Campus Pastor at Crossway in January 2020. He has served in a variety of settings, including Heathmont Baptist (Youth Pastor), Newhope Baptist (Associate Pastor), Clovercrest Baptist (Senior Pastor) and Baptist World Aid. He also serves the Essendon Football Club as their Chaplain in a volunteer capacity after serving the Adelaide Crows in the same role for five seasons. Mark has a passion for the local church and loves to empower and release people in their giftings. Being attentive to his family is a huge priority and he loves spending time with them. He is married to Tania and together they are raising four teenagers.
Burwood East
Johnny has been on staff at Crossway since 2016. He’s predominately lead in the Generational ministries, but is excited to step out and lead the Crossway Campus in Maroondah. Johnny moved from NZ in 2016 with his wife Halina, and they now have four children. He is excited about what God is doing in the city of Maroondah and wants to see Crossway’s disciple-making culture translated into the area. Johnny’s other interests includes sports, reading, exercise and time at the beach.

Charlie and Jess, along with their 3 children, live and minister in Blacktown, Western Sydney. After planting in 2019, and formally becoming part of the Crossway family of churches in 2023, they love their region and working amongst a phenomenal team to share the good news of Jesus. Oh, and their Golden Retriever, Sonny!
Oak City
Steven is Crossway’s Online Campus Pastor. He is passionate about investing into the online community to help them become all that God has created them to be. Steven is married with 3 children and is a tragic MAMIL who takes far too many photos of his coffee and talks way too much about English Football.

Sam became the SE Campus Pastor in Feb 2019, moving to Melbourne from NZ with his wife Stef and three kids. Having been on team at his previous church for seven years, Sam grew a passion for connecting people with God’s heart through preaching, developing leaders and seeing people become all that God has purposed them to be. When Sam’s not working, you can find him dating his wife, fishing or drinking exceptional coffee.
