A conscientious leader who practices what he preaches, Alex has been a pastor at Crossway since April 2008. He is passionate about investing in missional leaders to facilitate discipleship and mission. Recently, he joined the COACH Network team to equip Chinese churches to serve new immigrants and vulnerable people through community mentoring. Alex was previously a drug rehabilitation social worker (1998-2003). He is married to Mary Choi and they have one lovely daughter.
